Licensed Esthetician

I have been working with skin for 18 years. In that time the trends have turned over completely at least three times, and the thing that has held up is unglamorous — consistency, restraint, and treating the skin in front of you rather than the one in the photograph.
It has never been just a procedure.
When someone sits down in my studio, they are usually carrying something more than a skin concern — a wedding, a job, a year that has been hard on them, or just the slow erosion of having not liked what they see for a long time. Pretending that is only a technical problem would be dishonest.
So I take time. One client at a time, never double-booked, with enough of it to look properly, explain what I am seeing, and let you ask the questions you did not want to ask in front of a waiting room.
I will also tell you when the answer is no. If the treatment you booked is going to compromise your barrier, or if what you actually need is a dermatologist rather than an esthetician, you will hear that from me. Turning away work you should not do is most of what 18 years buys you.
The rest is restraint. Less, done properly, done consistently.
