LED Therapy
LED works by wavelength rather than by doing anything to the surface of the skin: red for inflammation and collagen activity, blue for acne bacteria, green for tone and redness. There is nothing to feel and nothing to recover from — you lie under it. Most people have it added to the end of a facial or after microneedling, where it does the most good, though it is worth a standing appointment on its own if you are working through active breakouts.

Book the entry level if you are unsure — it is easier to move you up on the day than to have you pay for more than your skin needs.
LED Therapy, honestly
- Can I book LED on its own?
- Yes, and for active acne a run of standalone sessions is genuinely useful. For everyone else it earns its keep better added to a facial or after microneedling.
- Which colour do I need?
- Blue for active breakouts, red for inflammation and general skin quality, green for redness and uneven tone. Often we use a combination — it is not a decision you need to make before you arrive.
- Does it hurt, and is there downtime?
- Neither. You feel warmth at most, and there is nothing to recover from. You wear eye protection and lie still.
- How many sessions before I see something?
- For breakouts, a course of six to ten sessions close together does more than the occasional one. As an add-on to other treatments the benefit is cumulative rather than dramatic.
Microneedling
Collagen induction therapy that softens texture, scarring and fine lines by prompting the skin to rebuild itself.
Biostimulators
Regenerative actives driven deep into the skin by microneedling or electroporation — no injections — to rebuild where it has thinned.
High-Tech Treatments
Radiofrequency, cryotherapy, microcurrent and EMS — the treatments where the right device does something hands cannot.
