Microneedling
Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, which triggers your own collagen and elastin production. It is the treatment I reach for most often when someone wants real structural change in their skin rather than a temporary glow — texture, acne scarring, enlarged pores and early lines all respond to it over a series.

Skin analysis
We look at your skin properly before anything else, and I explain what I am seeing and what is realistic.

02
Numbing
A topical anaesthetic goes on for around 20 minutes. Most clients describe the treatment itself as pressure rather than pain.

03
Treatment
Depth is set per area of the face — conservative around the eyes, deeper over scarring.

Recovery
You leave flushed, similar to a sunburn, settling over 24–48 hours. I send you home knowing exactly what to use and what to avoid.
Microneedling, honestly
- How many microneedling sessions will I need?
- Most concerns need a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Texture and tone usually shift after the second, while scarring takes longer. I would rather tell you that up front than sell you a single session.
- How much downtime is there?
- Expect redness like a mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours, sometimes with light flaking on day three. Most people work from home the next day or wear no makeup and carry on.
- Does microneedling hurt?
- We numb the skin for about 20 minutes first. Most clients describe pressure and vibration rather than sharp pain, with the forehead and upper lip being the more sensitive areas.
- Can I have microneedling if I have active acne?
- Not over active, inflamed breakouts — needling through them can spread bacteria. We treat the acne first, then address the scarring it left behind.

Hydrofacial
Cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration in one pass — the treatment to book when your skin needs resetting rather than rebuilding.
