Custom Facials
I do not run a list of branded facials, because your skin is not the same in February as it is in August. Every appointment starts with looking at the skin properly and then choosing the actives, exfoliation and extractions that suit it that day. If your skin is compromised, the right treatment is often gentler than the one you came in asking for, and I will say so.

Book the entry level if you are unsure — it is easier to move you up on the day than to have you pay for more than your skin needs.
Custom Facials, honestly
- How often should I get a facial?
- Every four to six weeks suits most skin, which tracks the natural cell turnover cycle. If you are treating something specific like congestion, we may start closer together and space out once it settles.
- Will I break out afterwards?
- If we do extractions you may see some purging over the following days as congestion clears. That is different from a reaction, and I will tell you which one to expect before you leave.
- Can I get a facial before an event?
- Yes, but book it a week ahead rather than the day before, especially if extractions are likely. For a next-day appointment we keep things calm and hydrating.
- Do I need to stop my retinol first?
- Pause retinol and strong acids for about five days beforehand. It lets us exfoliate properly on the day without compromising your barrier.
Microneedling
Collagen induction therapy that softens texture, scarring and fine lines by prompting the skin to rebuild itself.
Biostimulators
Regenerative actives driven deep into the skin by microneedling or electroporation — no injections — to rebuild where it has thinned.
High-Tech Treatments
Radiofrequency, cryotherapy, microcurrent and EMS — the treatments where the right device does something hands cannot.
